    7 on 7?

    What are the rules?
    How often do the teams play?
    How long are the games?
    Which teams are looking good so far?

    I think 7 on 7 can really help a team like PV that runs O that is simular to a 7 on 7 situation but is it helpful to teams that do not run that type of O?

    It is helpful for teams like Appy that don't run that offense in terms of defense. They can work on stopping the pass and improving their secondary.
